The walls are made of white shell rock, the floor is in the form of an old pavement, rare chasing depicting the views of old Tbilisi at the entrance, decorative metal compositions, designer lamps. The cozy cabins where the guests are located are separated from each other by weightless organza curtains, decorated with reproductions of paintings by the brilliant artist Niko Pirosmani. The menu of Tbiliso is a variety of dishes of the Caucasian peoples. We offer many national snacks: satsivi, dolma, lobio, veal tongue rolls. Among the hot dishes are ajapsandal, chakhokhbili, delicious shish kebab cooked on fire. Also on the menu are the familiar and beloved khachapuri and khinkali.
